Dr. Glenn Landry has studied circadian rhythms and sleep for 30 years. He completed his graduate research at Simon Fraser University, examining circadian mechanisms of entrainment. He then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of British Columbia, where his research efforts focused on sleep, aging and cognition. He studied age-related changes in sleep duration, efficiency and architecture, exploring how these changes contribute to accelerated cognitive decline.
As an academic, Glenn's goal was to develop chronotherapeutic interventions to delay cognitive decline, improve quality of life, and extend capacity for independent living. Now in private practice, Glenn is a sleep coach improving sleep health around the globe. His passion is translating sleep science into practical interventions for his clients.

“The technical stuff was interesting but the access to Glenn was the most valuable part including his availability and a sense of accountability that I felt in ensuring I was doing my part.”
— Noor J.
“I saw my doctor who prescribed sleeping pills. They didn't work for me and my doctor told me about Glenn, 'The Sleep Doctor'.”
— Yara Q.
“I knew my performance was suffering in a number of ways. I actively sought someone that could help me with my sleep. It was surprising how little help there was out there unless you were prepared to accept Melatonin or sleeping pills as solutions.”
— Gabrielle U.
“Great session yesterday. As an engineer, you can probably imagine what I thought when the Safety Meeting came up with the sleep topic! Ha! Was I ever wrong. Fascinating stuff, grounded in science. I keep tabs on "The Best Meeting of the Year" and so far you are it. Congrats. Great stuff.”
— Raj K.
“I went to a doctor that specialized in sleep and was prescribed Melatonin. The experience was terrible. Fortunately, I met someone who knew of Glenn.”
— Ethan J.
