Elite Sleep® Coach (AI-Assisted)

Your Oura Ring, Fitbit or Apple Watch tells you what happened last night. We tell you what to do about it.

AI-assisted sleep coaching built on Dr. Glenn J. Landry's Elite Sleep® method. Every two weeks you get a personal report in MyNEOS with one clear focus for the next two weeks.

What you get

  • A personal report every two weeks

In MyNEOS: how your last two weeks went, your sleep window, then versus now, and "Your focus for the next two weeks".

  • Your sleep dashboard

Last night's sleep and sleep stages, your nights over time, resting heart rate and steps, from your own device.

  • Check-in questions

Short questions on your report and a quick check-in a week later. Your answers shape your next report.

  • Every report in one place

Your reports stay in MyNEOS, so you can look back at where you started.

  • A person when it matters

If anything in your data or your answers suggests a possible medical issue, a person reviews it before we respond.

How it works

  1. Choose monthly or annual

    Pay securely with Stripe.

  2. Set up MyNEOS and connect your device

We email your MyNEOS invitation to the address you paid with. Set your password, then connect your Oura Ring, Fitbit or Apple Watch (see below). Already connected with NEOS? There's nothing to do.

  3. Your first report

Your first report, "Your Starting Line", is built from your recent nights and appears in MyNEOS within a few days. After that, a new report every two weeks.

Works with Oura Ring, Fitbit and Apple Watch

You connect once, in MyNEOS under Devices. Your sleep data is shared read-only, and you can disconnect at any time.

Oura Ring

MyNEOS → Devices → Oura, and sign in with your Oura account. It connects right away.

Fitbit

MyNEOS → Devices → Fitbit or Apple Watch → Connect, and sign in with the Google account you use in the Fitbit app.

Apple Watch

  1. On your iPhone, install the Google Health app, sign in with a Google account and turn on its link to Apple Health (sleep, heart rate and activity). Wear your watch to bed with sleep tracking on.
  2. When last night's sleep shows in Google Health, open MyNEOS → Devices → Fitbit or Apple Watch → Connect, and sign in with that same Google account.

Connecting through Google: while Google reviews our app, you'll see a screen that says "Google hasn't verified this app". That's expected: tap Advanced, then Go to NEOS Performance, and choose what to share.

Oura connects right away. Fitbit and Apple Watch connect through Google, which allows a limited number of places while Google reviews our app.

AI-assisted, built on Dr. Landry's method

Your reports are prepared by AI systems we operate, guided by the Elite Sleep® method of Dr. Glenn J. Landry, PhD, a sleep and circadian rhythms scientist with 30 years of experience. They are not written by Dr. Landry personally. While we start, Dr. Landry reads every report before it's released.

This is sleep coaching and education, not medical advice. If anything in your data or your answers suggests a possible medical issue, a person reviews it before we respond, and you can ask to speak to a person at any time.

Your data is never used to train public AI models. Privacy Policy

No. If your device is already connected with NEOS, there's nothing to set up. Use the same email address you use with NEOS when you pay, so we can match your subscription.

No. Elite Sleep® Coach is sleep coaching and education. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it isn't a substitute for your doctor. Never start, stop or change a medication because of a report: talk to the professional who prescribed it.

Any time, online, in about a minute: in MyNEOS go to Account, then Manage billing, or use the link in your Stripe receipt. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep what you've already paid for, so we don't routinely refund part-used periods. If something has gone wrong, for example you were charged twice, contact us and we'll put it right.
